MATT AUSTIN
PRESIDENT
Matt is an Edmond native who joined Caliber in July 2010. For five years prior, Matt was a real estate development attorney at the Polsinelli Law Firm in Kansas City specializing in the areas of zoning and entitlements, real estate finance, and economic incentives. Matt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas. Matt was admitted to both the Missouri and Kansas Bars, and served on the Board of Governors for the University of Kansas Law School.
JAROD TARVER
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jarod grew up in Norman, OK and graduated from Norman High School. He attended Creighton University on a soccer scholarship and graduated with a B.A. in Environmental Science. Jarod joined the Caliber Companies as a property manager in 2008 and has expanded his role with the company since. He currently coordinates the construction of all the amenities and infrastructure for Caliber’s residential developments and oversees Caliber’s industrial portfolio. Jarod serves as president of each of Caliber’s residential homeowner’s associations.
DANNELLE SWEARINGIM
STAFF ACOUNTANT
Dannelle grew up in northwest Oklahoma and graduated from Woodward High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwestern Oklahoma State University (NWOSU) in Spring 2016. While at NWOSU, Dannelle was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business. Prior to joining Caliber in February 2019, Dannelle gained a wide array of accounting experience in the public accounting field. She currently handles all of Caliber’s accounts receivable and accounts payable responsibilities.
