This parcel was originally approximately 58 acres, but we have sold or developed 26 acres, leaving us with 32 acres of land. The parcel is located near 150th and May, approximately 1 mile north of the John Kilpatrick Turnpike in Northwest Oklahoma City.

The Grove is Oklahoma City’s premier multi-use master planned community. The residential portion has been Oklahoma’s most active subdivision in the OKC metro, in home starts, for the past several years (see below for more details on the residential). Originally, Caliber owned approximately 78 acres of commercial land at The Grove, and after sales to date we currently own approximately 7.35 acres located at the intersection of 192nd and Portland.

The Grove contains approximately 562 residential acres and is bordered by May Avenue to the east, 178th Street to the south, Portland Avenue to the west, and 192nd Street to the North. Downtown OKC is located about 25 minutes from the neighborhood and is an easy commute down either Highway 77 or Highway 74.
SCHOOL DISTRICT
The property is located in the Deer Creek School System, generally regarded as one of the top school districts in the state. Grove Valley Elementary School is located within the neighborhood.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Grove has two clubhouses, each with its own fitness facility. The Grove also has two pools, one resort style and one with water park features. SOLD OFFICE PROPERTIES:
Caliber Center: Caliber Center is a Class “A” multi-tenant office building located in northwest Oklahoma City. This 325,000 square foot, 10-story building was purchased in 2007. Caliber leased up and managed the building until it was sold in 2012.
Caliber Park: Caliber Park consists of two 40,000 square foot, three story office buildings in north Oklahoma City. These buildings were built by Caliber in 2006. Caliber leased up and managed the buildings until they were sold in 2021.
SOLD RAW LAND:
160 Acres, Mustang, OK: This property consisted of 160 acres of mixed-use property located in Mustang, OK. It was purchased by Caliber in 2006. Caliber sold the land in three parts: a 133-acre residential tract was sold in 2014, a small pad site which was occupied by a cell tower in 2019, and the remaining commercial land in 2021.
610 Acres, Beaver Lake, AR: This property consisted of 610 acres of raw land located in Northwest Arkansas near the Bentonville/Springdale area. It was purchased by Caliber in 2006 and was sold in 2020.
SOLD INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES:
Lindsay, OK: An approximately 6,000 square foot industrial facility on two acres in south central Oklahoma. Caliber purchased this facility in 2007 and sold it in 2012.
Directional Drilling (OKC): An approximately 15,000 square foot industrial facility on 2.5 acres in southwest Oklahoma City. Caliber built this facility in 2008 and sold it in 2012.
Chassis Building (OKC): An approximately 140,000 square foot industrial facility on 7.25 acres in southwest Oklahoma City. Caliber purchased this facility in 2006 and sold it in 2013.
Beasley, TX: A 2.2-mile section of pipeline and approximately 38,000 square foot industrial facility on 24 acres near Houston, TX. This facility was built by Caliber in 2008 and sold in 2013.
Odessa, TX: An approximately 18,000 square foot industrial facility on 1.5 acres in west Texas. Caliber purchased this asset in 2007 and sold it in 2013.
Mills, WY: An approximately 9,000 square foot industrial facility in central Wyoming. Caliber purchased this facility in 2007 and sold it in 2013.
Catoosa, OK: An approximately 95,000 square foot industrial facility on 13 acres near Tulsa, OK. Caliber purchased and renovated/expanded this facility in 2007 and sold it in 2016.
Tolar, TX: An approximately 10,000 square foot industrial facility on seven acres in north central Texas. Caliber purchased this facility in 2006 and sold it in 2017.
Duncan, OK: An approximately 16,000 square foot industrial facility in south central Oklahoma. Caliber purchased this facility in 2006 and sold it in 2017.
Elk City, OK: An approximately 25,000 square foot industrial facility on 14 acres in western Oklahoma. Caliber built this facility in 2007 and sold it in 2018.
Countyline, OK: An approximately 7,000 square foot industrial facility on 5.5 acres in south central Oklahoma. Caliber purchased this facility in 2006 and sold it in 2019.
Cresson, TX: An approximately 33,000 square foot industrial facility on 16.34 in north central Texas including a rail spur and four sand silos. Caliber purchased and renovated/expanded this facility in 2007 and sold it in 2019.
